Piston Rings

The rings CENTRINEL offer an extensive line of products intended primarily for the automotive industry as well as compressors and other applications, between 58 and 150 mm nominal diameter.

Quality items:

- They are made of 100% spun cast with high elasticity. This ensures perfect contact with the

cylinder, applying a radial force necessary for a lower power consumption.

- Two decades of experience in manufacturing ring in Brazil.

For some applications, particularly in gasoline engines, we offer alternative sets of

rings:

- For new engines and motors rectified applies rings of rectification, with chromium coatings,

which have high wear resistance.

- For motors used with little wear and / or deformation, applies rings SIMPLE CHANGE (PN

series of parts) for the first exchange of rings without the need retification cylinders.

Ø DN: Nominal Diameter.

h: height.

b: Thickness.

z: Light between tips. 

Significance of the identification code of the Rings parts.

The rings are designed to meet the functional requirements of each slot in each engine model.

In order to inform the main features of each slot, presents the following code, which consists

of three letters, namely:

First letter indicates the characteristics of the 1st ring

C - Chrome

P - Without Coverage

E - Chrome Steel

O - Other

Second letter indicates the characteristics of the oil ring

R - Chrome, w / Spring

N - No Chrome, w / Spring

M - Three Piece Steel Chrome

S - Without Chrome / withoutSpring

O - Other

Third letter: Internal use
